What started as a hobby quickly grew from tapping just a few trees in 2018 to tapping 200+ today. High Country Maple Syrup was launched in 2020 and continues to produce delicious syrup in the mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee. As a locally-owned business headquartered in Boone, we are one of the southernmost maple syrup producers in North America.

High Country Maple Syrup partners with the Association of Student Entrepreneurs (ASE) at Appalachian State University. 10% of all profits go to the association.
